Clinical registry for shockwave therapy in heart failure

The CAST-HF Registry is a clinical database collecting real-world evidence on the application of shockwave therapy in patients with heart failure. It serves as a platform to monitor safety, efficacy, and long-term outcomes of this innovative, non-invasive treatment. The trial is going to be a prospective, multicenter, investigator-initiated, observational registry. The participating medical centers are located in Europe.

Prospective Evaluation of short- and long-term safety and efficacy of direct epicardial cardiac shockwave therapy 

To Capture potential rare adverse events and improve understanding of subgroups

To Collect patient and physician feedback on therapy acceptance

To Gather long-term data on functional capacity, symptoms, and quality of life
